Inspired by the traditional Berliner Weisse, macerated with apricots and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. This beer was brewed by using traditional historical methods and was not boiled as tradition requires. Fermented by our mixed culture. Thanks to this, the beer retains its fuller character and matures nicely in the bottle. The taste is clearly dominated by apricots, citrus and a hoppy line with a medium body, fresh acidity and a pleasant finish. A refreshing and unique combination of flavors.
